(please read in an English Accent) Newel opened his call tonight, and it was so awesome. He got choked up when he was reading his call because the spirit was testifying to him that England is where the Lord wants him to be. It was so exciting and fun. We had our family in Vegas all together on speaker phone, and the rest of our family together in Herriman. He will be serving in the London England mission, and reports to the Preston MTC in England on June 27!!! So we will just send him away on a plane....no emotional goodbyes at the MTC for us, which I think we are all grateful for. For a kid who loves history I cant think of a better place for him to go. It is also really meaningful to our family because our Grandpa's grandpa was 11 years old when his family left England to join the church. So we have now come full cirlce. My dad is really happy that Newel wont be exposed to a lot of disease and illness like he would if he were to go to South America or somewhere like that. My mom feels really blessed. We had everyone draw on a map of the world where they think he would be going and no one guessed anywhere in Europe. My mom's guess was the closest, Ghana Africa, which isn't even that close. We are all so proud of him, and he is so excited and prepared to go he is going to do an amazing job. I have a video and pic's but I have to get in bed. Stay tuned!
