We are so excited to announce that Lainey will soon have a baby brother! He is healthy which is all we really cared about, but we look forward to having a little man in the house. The technician told us not to take the baby home if its a girl because she is so sure its a boy. He is measuring exactly the right size for his due date. Hooray!

How fun. I have LOVED having a girl first and a little guy next! Beware of a MAJOR crush on him. I promise it has been so fun...I'm sure you were wanting a sister for Lainey for various reasons, but she will have one. She will LOVE her little brother. How fun!!

I called Clayton after finding out that Jared was a boy and explained to him that the technician was 99% sure that we were having a boy, but to be 100% sure she would want to check again in a month to make sure "it" hadn't fallen off. To which Clayton replied, "Can that happen." Oh man, I was laughing for hours afterwards. He hates that story. Don't tell him I told you:).

Girls than boys are totally the best ever! I was actually disappointed when I found out that I was having a boy instead of another girl (mostly just because of money) but now that I have both I wouldn't have it any other way.
Just as a side note, my girl looks like her dad and my boy looks like me... so hopefully it will be the same for you too!
